Search Dealer Prices

This screen allows Dealers to search through Dealer Prices created, relevent to their Dealership, past and present.

To naviagte to the Search Dealer Price screen, use the following keystrokes: Dealers/Dealer Prices.
Click the Search button.

This is an "open" search. Card MIS displays a list of all the relevant Dealer Prices, on the Dealer Price Search Results screen.
To refine your search you can enter specific search criteria on the Search Dealer Price screen.

The "Company/Account No" field is the only field that cannot be changed.
Use the drop-down boxes to narrow the search, you can also select a specific date in the "Date to Check" field.
If you want to search for a specific price range, you can enter that in the "Price Range Between" fields.

Click the Clear button to return all fields to thier default values.

Possible Problems:

• Error message: There is no data available. This indicates that the search criteria were not valid. Try and make your search wider, by entering a wider date range.

Download A List Of Dealer Prices

To download a list of Dealer Prices, use the following keystrokes: Dealers/Dealer Prices.

To find a specific list of Dealer Prices that you would like to Download, refer to the Search Dealer Prices section above.

Once you have found the list of Dealer Prices you wish to Download, depending on which format you prefer, click the Download to Csv and/or Download to Pdf button.
Please Note: PDF format is Non-Editable, whereas CSV format is Editable.

View Dealer Price History

To view the History of a specific Dealer Price, click the View link under the "History" column.
This shows all changes made to the Dealer Price.

The History of each Dealer Price will show:

You have the option of to download the Histroy.
Depending on which format you prefer, click the Download to Csv and/or Download to Pdf button.
Please Note: PDF format is Non-Editable, whereas CSV format is Editable.

View Dealer Price Exceptions

To view the Exception of a specific Dealer Price, click the View link under the "Exceptions" column.

Possible Problems:

• Error message: There is no data available. This indicates that there is no Excepyion for that specific Dealer Price.
